As a key player in the petrochemical sector, and in line with its commitment to fostering sustainable innovation, 

Sipchem welcomed over 70 experts, industry professionals, and university students to its Technology and Innovation Center (Manar) for the 8th IP awareness Workshop, organized by the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA). The event was held under the theme "Future-Proofing Innovation: Collaborative IP Strategies for the Digital Age" and took place from October 1-2, 2024.

The workshop focused on raising awareness about the importance of intellectual property, its practices, and the application of its regulations and controls, along with the key standards for local and global IP protection.

Sipchem’s hosting of this workshop underscores its commitment to promoting innovation and collaboration, stressing the importance of partnerships among companies, academic institutions, and government entities.
